Care Bear
In this clip there are Care Bear of different identities each representing plant, rain, sun-shine; all of which are important factor of life. Plant produce an essential element significant to life, it produces the oxygen that we breathe in. Rain is nature’s way of keeping our environment in balance. Sun is our energy, it allows human existence. All of these are essential to life.
Aside from the Care Bear that represents signs that are essential to life, there’s also Care bear that represents optimistic abstracts such as love, wish, and luck. Love is an abstract, it can not be measured nor can it be seen; but none the less it has the power to conquer all. Wish is also an abstract, it gives us hope. Luck is our fortune.
In video clip, Care Bear is the focal point. Each care bear signifies something such as plant, rain, sun-shine, love, wish, and luck. Bears in different colors sing and dance to lively musical songs. Each has different shapes imprinted on their belly; these shapes allow the audience to identify what sign each bear represents.
Through out the video clip, the lyric “Nothing is better than to be a care bear. I want to be a care bear” is also a focal point since it was repeated many times over and over again. The Care bear made a clear point that there is nothing better than being a Care Bear; they stated that they don’t want to be a cook or fire man nor do they want to be in a marching band.
Music is a great source to use when the purpose is capture an audience attention, one reason behind this as it has been proven in scientific study/experiment is that music stimulates the brain. In addition, the uses of vibrant colors are also used as a captivating method for it too takes part in stimulating the brain. In the video clip, the author/producer avoid using dull colors; instead colors like fierce red, sky blue, spring green, sun yellow were used. The clip shows them skipping on the clouds, sitting on the moon, painting balloons, dancing, and sliding down poles. These Care Bear helps us recapture our childhood memories as it remind us our carefree days. They are the days to which we never had to worry about much if at all anything.
The video clip has an important role in helping us recapture our childhood days. It reminds us about the days in which we were also carefree. Addition the video clip reminds of about the important of everyday simple little things such as plant, rain, sunshine, love, wish, and luck. I believe this video clip also hold its importance in reminding us that we all have our own identity of who we are and that we should be proud of who we are and not want to be something else.
This video clip was broadcast on YouTube. YouTube can be seen as a community of on-line viewers and/or broadcasters. It is a website used by millions of people, it allow us to interconnect by enabling us to broadcast our video online so millions of other viewers can view it. Other type of entertainment such as TV does not allow this type of interaction within the community.

I have a friend that is totally into Care bears. She likes them so much, that she has everything she owns representing Care bears one way or another. For example, she has stickers all over her car of each care bear, she has care bear slippers, t shirts, band-aids, etc… When I ask her why she likes care bears so much, her only reply is always because their awesome. When I read your post on care bears it gave me a more detailed answer of what care bears represent than just their awesome. Thanks for your insight on some of the things care bears represent.
Cool never really knew care bears represented what we need to live. After reading your post I understand that there is nothing better than being a care bear. I also like how bears are each a different color.
I also have to agree with you about how childhood were the carefree days. I severely miss those days and actually really enjoy watching the shows I use to watch when I was little, (Dinosaurs, Doug, and Legend of the hidden temple)
I like your writing style and how descriptive it is. Sometimes you repeated things but I think it was because of the transition. Maybe next time you could word it different so it isn't so redundant.

It was short and sweet and to the point, I'm a bit tired of watching other peoples long video's and this was refreshing and short.
I also enjoy how your video is animated, mine is as well and I think that animation is a nice break from reality.

The flowers are very pretty and so is your picture. I think it's also nice that you put time and effort into your blog while it was not required and most people did not.
